If you consent to analytics cookies, Google Tag Manager will load scripts from Google that may set third-party cookies. These are used to:

• Measure site traffic and user behaviour (Google Analytics 4);
• Track the effectiveness of Google Ads campaigns;
• Attribute conversions to specific advertising clicks.

These cookies are only set after you accept via the cookie consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing the dq_cookie_consent cookie from your browser.

Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may also set essential security cookies to protect the Service from malicious traffic. These cookies are strictly functional and do not track your browsing activity across other websites.

Embedded videos. Some of our public guides include a video walkthrough hosted on YouTube. Nothing is requested from YouTube or Google until you press play; the page shows a plain panel with the video's title (a preview image from YouTube is fetched only if you have accepted analytics cookies). When you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which limits personalised tracking but may still store data on your device once you play a video, under Google's own privacy policy. If you prefer not to load it, use the "Watch on YouTube" link instead, or simply do not press play.

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View what cookies are stored and delete them individually;
• Block third-party cookies;
• Block cookies from specific sites;
• Block all cookies;
• Delete all cookies when you close your browser.

Please note: If you disable essential cookies, you will not be able to log in or use the dotQuant Service, as authentication requires session cookies to function.
